In a career I’ve woven stitch by stitch, I’ve arrived at its most beautiful pattern. I’m proud to introduce my own practice to you. Here, you’ll find a space where professionalism and ethics come first; one that is nonjudgmental, honest, safe, and sincere.
The name of my practice was inspired by one of my favorite books of all time, “To Kill a Mockingbird.” The mockingbird in the book serves as a reminder to recognize and respect the goodness in people, advocating empathy and compassion.
Also, mockingbirds have a powerful and recognizable song, it symbolizes the idea of “finding your voice” or expressing one’s true self, which is often a key part of mental health and personal growth.
And lastly, birds have always reminded me of my father, whom I lost in my childhood; his presence, somehow still with me. That’s why this name is not just a name to me, but something much deeper and more personal.
Perhaps this is a place where the songs within you, the ones you’ve silenced for so long, maybe even forgotten the words to, can be heard again. Whenever you’re ready, I’m here. You can click the link in my profile to book an appointment.
With the hope that what has been healing for me may also be healing for you… ♥
